Club News:
DG Gary Boisseau visited our Club in November and brought us up to date on District happenings. He also presented a "Strengthen the Pride" video, and another on a girl name Brianna who benefitted from a Lions vision screening. DG Gary's motto is "Be the Change", and while here he presented Lion Don Williams with his 45 year chevron. Congratulations Lion Don, and also to Lions Harry King (25yr), Jane King (20yr), and Chris Friend (10yr). Our District is currently in a "transitional" status, which means we have less than 1,250 members and thus cannot vote or run candidates at the international level.

November was National Diabetes month, and Lion Donna Barto arranged for a talk by Chris Kelty on Diabetes awareness. Chris is a former salesman in the medical equipment industry and is currently running the Wild Birds Unlimited store at Big Flats Commons. You can learn more at, or by calling 1-800-Diabetes.

In other news, we are fully-manned for Bell Ringing at Minier's on the 20th, and Lion Donna Barto is now a certified vision screener. Congratulations Lion Donna!
